Rosters Announced for 2021 State Farm College Slam Dunk & 3-Point Championships

INDIANAPOLIS (March 31, 2021) – The 2021 State Farm College Slam Dunk & 3-Point Championships roster is finalized, Intersport announced today. The 32nd annual event, which will showcase the dunking and long-range shooting talents of the country’s most exciting players, will air live on ESPN2 at 9 p.m. ET on Thursday from Hinkle Fieldhouse on the campus of Butler University in Indianapolis.

The night features the Great Clips Slam Dunk Championship, the State Farm Men’s 3-Point Championship, the Rocket Mortgage Women’s 3-Point Championship and the IHOP Team Shootout. The winners of the Men’s and Women’s 3-Point Championships will then compete in the Rocket Mortgage Battle of the Champions. The following players have been selected to compete in each contest:

Great Clips Slam Dunk Championship

TJ Crockett – Lindenwood

Troy Baxter – Morgan State

Elyjah Goss – IUPUI

Zach Jacobs – James Madison

Unique McLean – St. Francis

Isaiah Miller – UNC Greensboro

 

Rocket Mortgage Women’s 3-Point Championship

Marissa Banfield – Stephen F. Austin

Chelsea Dungee – Arkansas

Arella Guirantes – Rutgers

Petra Holesinska – North Carolina

Tori Martell – Montana State

Anna McLeod – Abilene Christian

Jasmine Walker – Alabama

Maddy Watters – Central Michigan

 

TJ Crockett of Division II Lindendwood earned a spot in the Slam Dunk Championship by winning the “Dark Horse Dunker” competition, a digital media fan-voting contest. After more than 215,000 fan votes were cast over four weeks, Crockett was selected to compete in the contest.

Throughout the event’s history, several of the top players in college basketball have competed in the State Farm College Slam Dunk & 3-Point Championships including: Gary Payton, Steve Nash, Jason Terry, Kyle Korver, Bobby Hurley, Michael Finley, Allan Houston, Wesley Matthews, Yogi Ferrell, Cappie Pondexter, Katie Gearlds, Kristi Toliver, Tiffany Hayes and Ariel Atkins.

The 2021 State Farm College Slam Dunk & 3-Point Championships will be closed to the public.
