INDIANAPOLIS (April 1, 2021) – Montana State’s Tori Martell, Akron’s Loren Cristian Jackson and Morgan State’s Troy Baxter were the big winners at the 2021 State Farm College Slam Dunk & 3-Point Championships on Thursday night. The 32nd annual event featured the nation’s top college basketball players showcasing their high-flying and sharp-shooting skills for an ESPN2 national television audience.
Martell teamed with St. Francis Brooklyn’s Unique McLean and Toledo’s Spencer Littleson to win the IHOP Team Shootout, then followed that by winning the Rocket Mortgage Women’s 3-Point Championship. Akron’s Loren Cristian Jackson claimed the State Farm Men’s 3-Point Championship crown before defeating Martell to with the Rocket Mortgage Battle of the Champions. Baxter took home the Great Clips Slam Dunk Championship, becoming the first player to win both the high school slam dunk and the college slam dunk titles.
